Directions

Once on Grimsby Road (A46), you will come to a junction. Take a turn down High Street (B1225) then turn left down Rothwell Road. Follow the road until you get into the village. You will come to a local pub 'The Blacksmiths Arms'. Pass it, and Villa Barns is just down the road.
